Suitable for confident beginners who can knit in the round (or it would make a great first project to practice your circular knitting skills!)
The pattern is for sizes UK8 to UK22 (S-4XL) (74-134cm waist), designed to be a mini skirt, but could easily be adapted to any length you prefer by changing the length of the stocking stitch area.
